Poured into a weisen glass swirling the bottle hallway through to get the sediment in glass. Pretty hazy straw color from the yeast, bright white head, medium retention.
Aroma is heavy banana and a little lemongrass. The flavor isn't nearly as overpowering as the nose. You get a bit of that classic clove/banana flavor but there's something else. It feels like it's sweet when it hits your tongue but it really isn't. The finish has done light honey going on. Actually reminds me of a mead. The mouthfeel is on the heavy side. Quite pleasant and easy to drink! A great beer with a nice unique character to it.
