Mule & Elk Brewing Co.

I visited Mule & Elk a couple of weeks ago while passing through Cle Elum. It's a small taproom but welcoming and comfortable. There were 8 beers available when I visited, plus one guest tap. I sampled almost everything, and overall the beers were good; a standout was the strong Burton Ale which is a rare style to see at most small breweries. I can definitely see myself stopping here again while driving across the state.
