Paris 4/4 2026. 33 cl bottle from MonoPrix, Rue la Boëtie, Paris 8e. Very serious looking label. White with sloped horizontal stripes in golden yellow and burgundy. Looks a bit like the cover of a math book.
Very gushy upon opening. Pours unclear, pale yellow with s huge white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a lumpy uneven layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fruity and malty odor mingling with some sour grains. Sweet peach and pear. Ripe. Pale malts and bread. Sour grains and alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a tart undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is watery.
Pretty light and fruity Blonde. But a bit on the gushy and foamy side.
