This amber is made with 100% German Red X malt. This malt gives the beer its beautiful ruby color. The malt sweetness is pleasant and finishes clean. The medium body and moderate ABV will allow you to crush a few em!

I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a five sample flight. It poured a clear amber with off white ring head that is not leaving much lace. The scent had subtle malt notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright light caramel malt base with bitter citrus peel spice finishing hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Many thanks to The_Kriek_Freak for this can!

A - Pours a nice amber garnet red color withy light carbonation and thin caramel colored foam resting on top.
S - Light toasted caramel with some breadcrust and nuttiness.
T - Light toasted caramel malt base with nice breadcrust and some nuttiness over top while ending with the perfect amount of pine bitterness to balance things out. Initially, the bitterness hits the palate hard (surprisingly) but quickly adjusts. Leaves a pleasing crusty bitter malt residue on the palate.
M - Big body for an Amber with gentle carbonation.
O - This is a really great representation of the style and well put together. Recommended.

On tap at Central Standard Burgers in Bettendorf, IA on 03/06/22. Paired with the French Dip Burger and sweet potato fries. Smooth, sweet, clean. Definitely crushable as the name implies.

Medium dark chestnut/orange look. Quite a light aroma of a sweet spiced, medium toast caramel malt. An off-dry, floral, medium roast caramel malt flavor, with a hint of underlying oak.
