Shnuckiputzi is our sweetie pie beer brewed in collaboration with our friends at Working Draft Beer Company in Madison, Wisconsin. Starting with well taken notes & tips from Working Draft's 2022 GABF Gold Winning Doppelbock base, we blended in cherries and aged this beer for a delicate amount of time in used cherry brandy barrels, and then concentrated that flavor by freezing it during a cold snap thanks to the Wisconsin Winter. This beer has a beautiful ruby colored hue, balanced cherry & other dark fruit notes, smooth and comforting alcohol warmth, with woody brandy finishing notes.
