Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light yellow, golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 5. (4.25)
Aroma: Aromas of pale malt, smooth, buttery bread. Salty and spicy. (4.25)
Flavor: Strong flavors of paramount, light, lemon with a salty, spicy and buttery finish. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, appropriate, carbonation, finishes, butter, and smooth. (4.00)
Compared to Modist I Bring You Love 7/25: Pours similar, stronger aromas. More salty, spicy. Less lemon. More authentic.
