1 PINT can
Served in a becker glass
This beer pours a deep plum hue and is turbid. It is topped with several inches of dark pink head that coat the glass as I consume.
Big fruit aroma. The cherry and blackberry stand out. I do get some grapefruit too.
Blueberry seems to shine in the flavor. Grapefruit is noticeable. There are just a lot of flavors going on here.
Smoothie style body with a thick mouthfeel

Blood thick and totally opaque mauve-purple with a tall spongy pink head.
The thick, almost pulpy feel glides into a silky smooth middle with a lightly crisp, slow to surface carbonation coaxing out a tingly, tangy semi-sweet juiciness. All the berry pie filling is accented by herbal seediness, while a background note of mango actually translates well, balanced by the berries and cherry in a way I don't often experience in beer, finishing just barely acidic, and semi-wet.
They've been playing at this for a while now, but I think with this release it's really impossible to deny Ohio has its own Answer style joosery that's head and shoulders above the competition. This is going to keep all different kinds of people coming back for more. Only Urban Artifact and Missing Mountain are doing this sub-style at a similar quality.
