Beautifully glowing orange-peach, barely salmon, with a tall fluffy white head that slowly settles to a persistently creamy blanket clinging in tall curvy sheets on the glass.
The first time I had this, when it was called Birfday Suit #2, it was like a beer bellini. Taste was tart yet crisp honeydew melon, peach and orange with a tangy effervescence. The mimosa ride kept on rolling with accents of nice fruity but mild strawberry, becoming crisp and tangy before finishing semi-dry.
Now having this in August 2020, it has only gotten better. The super creamy, pillowy body of medium heft better exhibits sweet strawberry via cotton candy accents that intermingle well. It's obviously sweet, but crushably so, and works both as a Summer refresher, but would feel right at home during Winter too. The added fruits are now more clearly expressed than ever before, as the pineapple gives it an herbal, tropically light tartness before the clean semi-dry finish.
