Hazy orange with a foamy white head.
This is more of a hefe than an American wheat. It's a little phenolic with hints of banana bread, pear and apple, and even a touch of orange peel. I'm missing that toasted wheat you get from an American wheat, but the medium body is frothy and soft and finishes semi-dry with a semi-bitter grassiness in the background.
