Dark brown with a thin tan head.
Wow. Barleywine-esque, and a damn good one a that.
A very nice barrel presence intermingles peppery, maple-esque bourbon with pecan, caramel and fig. As it warms, vanilla, banana peel, graham biscuit, toffee and woodiness continue to add complexity.
The medium body has a light tingly carbonation that brings some heat before a semi-sticky finish.
