Thickly opaque cranberry-mauve, nearly Pepto-like, with no head but leaving all kinds of fine pulp on the glass.
The moderately thick body is cut by acidity and a sharp fine carbonation bringing tart and tanniny cranberry, lightly herbal currant, and a faint hint of bing cherry, finishing quite dry.
