I think that I am going to respect this one like Salvador Dali - no way is he near my liking as far as art goes, but I can respect him. And here we have an Oat Cream Hazy - umm, sure... I taste it, and it’s not really bad or anything, but it’s just... Kind of like that girl at Starbucks with purple hair... I mean, I would. But would I?

15 minutes after release, fresh out the van, pour is opaque pale maize, closer to light tan, with a tall off-white foam head that retains strongly and convex.
It's got a spicy dank aroma it to it--allium, cannabis, and a uniquely seedy papaya and peanut combo.
The puffy head acts as a formidable entryway, enhancing the thickness of the round body. It continues to deliver gently yet sharply spicy dankess, paired with pleasantly sense awakening notes of lemon-lime that bring to mind Froot Loops and Spree candy. A mild but sweet vanilla shortbread and whipped cream sort of malt then arises before it comes to a somewhat crisp dry finish that brings a nice light sting of heat. It develops a touch of a cologne-like spice to it a week or two out.
---
Having this next to the new 2024 release Tactical Killer Whale actually gives me a greater appreciation for the new release as opposed to Tin Foil. This is even more like Smarties by comparison, with a bit less of a full of body, and a bit sweeter, yet somehow also seeming a little boozier despite the lower ABV. Not a ton, but still, Killer Whale seems to be the more maturely balanced of the two now. That said, I'm not really going to change my score from that stellar original release.
