Opaque maize to tan yellow with a tall off-white head that slowly collapses to a spongy thick blanket leaving chunky coral lacing all over.
This is not quite featuring all the peppery Nelson I was hoping for, but holy pineapple bomb! Pineapple bursts out of the can when opened, and continues into the pour and palate. Fresh juicy pineapple and accents of spicy cannabis are just an excellent combo, and there's even an occasional hint of mint in there.
The medium frothy body has a semi-bitter constitution and a hint of biscuit before a just dry finish. It's also got a little heat that comes back up the gullet long after the swallow, like a little resinous aspirin within the bitterness, which helps contrast with the pineapple notes, in a not unwelcome way.
