Uniformly hazy yellow with a tall white head that slowly settles to a still fluid surface.
Enveloped in an aroma and exhale of toasted biscuit is an explosive passion fruit that takes center stage, rounded out and slightly sweetened by peach. The smooth body is light, while its fine carbonation elevates the herbal, seedy, slightly funky and sharply sweaty passion fruit, which is expressed via a lovely, just right tartness that deliciously comes to a crisp semi-dry finish.
The peach develops more as it warms to an almost appley note, while the passion fruit develops notes of black pepper. It's just a bit lighter of body than their other overtly juicy brews, so it could maybe use a bit more carbonation or malt...? But that's no real knock on this fun Summer crusher.
