Turbid pale yellow with no head at all.
Smell has that soggy English biscuit note I sometimes get in this style of brew, which then subsides into a lightly tart and unusually funky fruit that has notes of nectarine and lemon.
Taste adds notes of Smarties to the same profile found in aroma, and this is where the spicy, dank and lightly cannabic and even eucalyptic hops shine. We made a dessert out of soursop in Peru, where we learned that it tends to take on the flavors of other ingredients it is combined with as opposed to imparting its own flavor, which seems to prove true here.
The silky medium body has a light crisp fizz before coming to a semi-dry finish.
