An unctuous roast pervades the fluffy medium-full body, cut by a sharp maple sweetness that has a bit of a sting in the sticky dry finish, before exhaling some savory chewy cacao. As it warms, a touch of banana yeast emerges, at least moreso than the stout that was stated to feature such a characteristic.
