Hazy to opaque OJ yellow-orange with a thick off-white head leaving long stringy arms of lace.

While the hops are very orangey up front, the unique hop combo in concert with the heat of the alcohol and maybe also the yeast seems to be creating this quite unusually out of place hint of blue cheese. There's plenty of room left for very spicy, herbal and evergreen cologne-like qualities to mask it, but there's no denying it--this mild funk translation is there throughout. As it warms, there's also a touch of aspirin resin and a hint of toast.

The fluffy medium-full body finishes quite cotton dry with a little heat, while less boozy than Phish Sucks.
