The glowingly pastel red appearance really is quite stunning under its short, fuzzy white and thick quarter-piped collar. It's so vibrantly red that I thought I got the wrong beer at first, but nope, this is the one.
Despite its huge influence on the appearance, the prickly pear adds the most delicate, uniquely herbal fruit accent to the solidly dank and juicy NEIPA base, with no unwanted acidic harshness or bitterness to speak of. It's like taking one of their better hazy iterations and adding a welcome, very minimally invasive twist. Delicious!
The full and frothy yet quaffable body finishes lightly semi-dry.
