Served with a parasol pick on draft, the hazy pastel blue body lends the short, semitransparent white head a tinge of cotton candy blue before it fizzles to a thin ring.
This seems like it will be extra sour at first, but it's just a short ramp to all kinds of freshly sweet, stringy and juicy pineapple made all the more vibrant by orange accents yet mellowed out by a light touch of fresh coconut.
It's a pretty light, summery treat, especially after some Hawaiian-style pork sliders!
