Fully opaque yet slightly darker than Pepto pink, nearing mauve, with absolutely no head to conceal its tapioca bubbled surface that looks kind of like a fine popcorn paint.
Creamy yet damn near curdled, it definitely has frozen yogurt vibes mixed in with some raspberry acids, though it finishes nearly chalky dry.
The party I was with really enjoyed it, so I'm a bit torn. Despite its unusual textures, it's also got some tasty fruit pastry flavors.
