I love getting the bottom of the kegs here, but it sure looks like some bubbling poop brown baby food at Ripper's Tavern LMAO!
Peach comes in first to my palate, and more like vinous apricot, while underripe pear with accenting cherry only appear after the swallow, again for me. I say that because my partner mentions getting nothing but pear through and through, with the booze really surfacing heavily in the second half of the glass.
It sure is thick, but not quite as viscous as it looks, while cut by its tangy tartness.
