Lightly chill hazed pale gold with the thinnest dissipating white blanket.
Softly effervescent and fairly clean to start, it exhibits mild flavors of tame cologne and white wine grape. An unusual combination of very faint candy apple and amaretto come out in the finish, where it becomes a little waxy in feel, dampening that clean introduction a little. Something about it seems stronger than 4.7%, too.
It's not sweet at all, if I made it sound like it. Even still, I do get some apricot character within that exhale of amaretto.
