BROWN?! It looks like a glass of Yoohoo tapioca--murky pale brown and bubbling headlessly on the surface.
Taste matches appearance, kind of like apple butter, but as if tart and woodsy crabapple were used instead. It's a bit verdant and botanical, while not really pulling out any of the individually added elements. After a few sip, I also get...carrot?!
Unusually dry and chewy for how thick and goopy it is.
