Spumoni Stout is a 7.5% milk stout based off one of our brewers favorite ice creams. Bursting with aromas of cherry and dark chocolate brownies, followed by sweet cherry flavor with layers of chocolate and a subtle pistachio finish.

On tap at Canon & Draw in Richmond.
Pours jet black with fine, tan head.
Smell is sweet and slightly tart, with notes of roasted coffee, milk chocolate and hints of black cherries.
Taste is sweet and a bit roasty, with notes of coffee, chocolate, cream and some cherries. Slightly nutty on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium and smooth, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice stout, subtle and smooth and very drinkable.
