L: Had this beer on-tap at Whole Foods - Short Pump, poured into a pint glass. Had a dirty orange color and a very cloudy consistency. There was a thin, foamy head that quickly dissipated. Not much lacing here.
S: A sweet and fruity aroma of citrus fruit, tropical fruit, yeast, and malt.
T: Tasted of a bit of yeast (present throughout, though subtle), a lot of citrus fruit (the advertised blood orange, tangerine; also grapefruit), a little tropical fruit (papaya), and light malt (mostly in the finish). A very sweet, slightly sour flavor. It takes a moment for the taste to settle down, but when it does, it shines.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a lively finish. Light-bodied.
O: A well done, light, easy to drink beer. Worth a look.
