A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of grassy and floral hops are present in the nose along with notes of herbal hops.
T: The taste follows the smell, but the hops aren't nearly as pronounced and there are underlying notes of biscuit-like malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a bit of dryness in the finish.
O: The smell of this pilsner was very hop-forward but the taste was a little more rounded out with the malts.

A Tavour treat. Pours a good color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aromas of grasses and hops. Tastes of hops. Sweet with a slight hoppy bitterness. Easy to drink.

This pilsner leans heavy on the hops and high bitterness on the pilsner scale. Has a really nice aroma of grass and biscuit and noble hops. Nice malts and good flavors and the aggressive hops in the finish. It’s a good pilsner but a little too aggressive on the bitter.
