Clear, light amber, thin white head, not much in the way of retention, but not out of the ordinary for wild beers, streaky lace
Toasty, bready malt, barnyard, yogurt, some sherry notes, and fresh cut oak on the nose
Vienna lager base comes through initially: toasty, bready, slightly sweet malt, then the acidity and oak takes over, as well as a slight fruitiness
Medium-light bodied and a little low in carbonation. Longer time in the bottle would probably help with that- this one is only a month old
Really cool beer. Definitely not something for every day drinking, but an interesting sour.
