Slightly hazy amber color with a huge thick head with decent retention.
Fruity and sweet aroma with notes of apple pie, candi sugar, biscuit and orange marmalade.
Flavor with notes of sugar, dried apples, mild floral hops, caramel, a bit of toffee, faint toasted malts and biscuit. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness and surprisingly low alcohol punch.
Bordering medium body, overly carbonated. Alcohol of 10.5% was incredibly absent. It is rather sweet, so not sure it is fully attenuated to the announced level of abv.
Malty and sugary Strong Ale. I was expecting more alcohol, I think that was not fully attenuated.
