Copper color with a thick beige head with decent retention and leaving strong laces.
Aroma with notes of toasted malts, grains, red apples and berries.
Flavor with notes of red apples, a bit of ginger and cinnamon, toasted malts, a hint of smoke, grains and berries. Dry aftertaste with a mild to medium bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Refreshing and easy to drink Irish Red Ale without being boring or sweet. Quite decent.
