Monk's habit colour, dark, with copper reflexes. Brown foam, thin and little persistent.
Smell of chocolate malt, rhubarb, alpin herbs. Intense and sharp. Coffee too.
Even the taste is intense: toasted, almost burnt. It is more soft and smooth than the smell. Coffe again, toasted. Good.
Light body, but it is 3.5 ABV.. Drinkable.
Same tones on the aftertaste, herbal, liquorice, rhubarb, coffee, cocoa in powder. Vanilla in the back. Even some sweet.
