Hazy amber orange color with a thin head with decent retention.
Aroma with notes of yeast, honey and a bit of caramel.
Flavor with notes of pine, chalk yeast, orange-grapefruit citrusy, herbal hops, hay and white pepper. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 6.5% is well disguised.
Yeasty APA with Andean hops notes that gives a decent bitterness. Though, not my favorite hop profile.
