16oz draft poured into a pint glass shows an opaque, hazy, orangish-leaning yellow body, briefly floats a 1/2in head of fluffy white foam, and leaves copious sheets of lacing.
Aroma is peach forward with a vanilla back and a whiff of fresh grass.
Flavor is sweet peach forward, but not so much as to be overwhelming, modified by some earthy bitterness. This is actually a cleaner finish than I expect from a wheat beer, to it's favor.
Mouthfeel is soft and full-leaning, but easy drinking.
Overall a nice clean, fruity, wheat with no clingy aftertaste. Good with Mayne a grilled lemon chicken or even wood plank salmon.
