Had on tap. I went into this not expecting anything but a gimmick that might work for dessert. But I have to say, to my surprise this actually worked well enough. Murky dirty blonde body with a white cap. Huge sweet apple leads the nose, floral yeast, caramel, and brandy combine to compliment. Taste is led by apple now with brandy too, floral yeast and lemon ester bridges to a final caramel dollop. The key is the caramel doesn't get too sweet, apple is clear star. Feel is thinner and smooth though sweet, the purist in me is compelled to tell you that this isn't a usual tripel, but it's fun and we all need that right now, cheers
