500ml bottle from Reillys, Fermanagh (£2.99):
A bubbly, caramel brown head about 1cm tall, holding well atop an opaque, dark ruby body that borders on black. The nose is mainly roasted malts & dark chocolate with an earthy bitterness & subtle coffee notes at the end, with the taste almost a mirror image. There's a strong roasted malt taste with more of the dark chocolate whilst the body was medium & moderately carbonated the earthy bitterness lingering at the end & fairly dry too.

Bottle. Almost black with a quickly receding tan head.
Mild aroma of café latte. Some light caramel and vanilla present. A drying finish.
Tastes similar.
On the thin side with low carbonation.
Underwhelming.
