440ml can into a goblet. Best before November 2024. Gift from a visiting friend.
Nice looking beer, black body, tan colored head shrinks to a ring. Aromas of dark fruit, though taste is more of strong bitter coffee with a little bakers chocolate. Mouth is thinner than you would think, finish gives off a little tartness.

this is a quite a nice imperial stout from these lads, meaty malt flavour, black bread, molasses, cold brew coffee, liquorice, sarsaparilla, prune, bitter dark chocolate, high bitterness, full bodied but maybe not as full as you’d expect, low carbonation, it’s strong but you wouldn’t think it was double digit abv, flavours are all there in this beer, just needs a little extra oomph
