Clear amber body with a white head. The body has a light haze and the head has good retention.
Aroma: Belgian yeast
Flavor: bold for style with an earthy-herbal-floral mixture and relatively high bitterness. Lingering taste of grapefruit peel.
Feel: medium body and lively carbonation.
