I had this beer on tap at the Cannon Brewpub in Columbus, GA. It poured an amber brown with a two finger white head.
This beer had a slightly biscuity smell with a slight bit of hop aroma as well. The flavor was sweet and malty with only the slightest bit of hop presence. I thought that there was something a bit off with the flavor, but not bad overall. The bitterness was light, carbonation medium, and mouthfeel medium as well.
Not a bad beer, but I didn't think it was anything but ordinary. A great ale to introduce someone to the style with though.

Appearance: Clear brown body with a small, fizzy khaki-colored head.
Smell: Aroma of buttered breadcrusts, sweet-smelling molasses, and a hint of chocolate.
Taste: Sweet maltiness with flavors of chocolate and molasses. Very little hopwise. Mild diacetyl character. Finishes with a light lingering sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Not bad, even with that pesky diacetyl in there.
