On tap at brewery. Nice light gold colour, head faded fast. Taste is slightly hoppy, yeast, some fruit. Grain isn't too evident but lets you know it's there.

Appearance: Pours a completely clear, pale golden color with a massive white head that lingers. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of purple grape, vinous notes, some apple aromas and yeast. (3.75)
Flavor: Strong flavors of purple grape, vinous flavors, some apple. Fruity followed by some yeast. Some pale bread malts before the sweet grape lingers of the end. (4.25)
Feel: Medium to heavier body, average carbonation. Finishes fruity with grape notes lingering. (3.50)
Compared to Fair State Köld 6/2023: Pours similar, larger head. Stronger aromas. More purple grape and apple. Less vinous and pear notes. Less yeasty and bready. Sweeter and heavier.
Overall: It's a pretty good take on a Kolsch. Sweet grape and apple flavors, but also enough yeast to back it up. Slightly heavier and mildly sweet. Great flavors and a little heavy. (Rating: 3.99)

16oz can. Stamped on can bottom is canning date of '08/22/22'.
Partly cloudy, straw colored body. Two fingers of white head. Leaves some strings of lacing.
Aroma of toasted malt with some pear fruit notes.
Taste has more pear fruit notes than in the nose, but still grounded by a toasted bread malt base. Has more of a pith twang in the aftertaste.
Thinner than medium mouth feel. Clean and crisp finish. Very good carbonation.
Easy drinking beer for hot weather or to clear the palate.

Taste: Grain, breadiness, light fruitiness, easy drinking.
Overall: Nicely flavored beer while still being on the lighter side. Good for drinking during these hot summer days.

First and foremost this is a good beer and enjoyable to drink. It lacks the clarity you'd look for in a kolsch and lacks the dryness of some in this style but I like the subtle maltiness of this....Notes of wheat, and honey. Touch of fruitness (pear).
Light side of medium bodied...smooth drinking...almost reminds more of a cream ale. Great beer to start off Thanksgiving with.

5.0% ABV 16oz can, canned 7/7/2020
Body: slightly hazy straw, decent head that dissipates rather quickly leaving some lacing
Smell:, bread, floral, fruit
Taste: Follows the nose. A little Pear or yellow apple. Micro hint of lemon. Just slightly bitter overall but does have some sweet notes. A hint of mineral or earth yeast. Maybe a hint of grass?
A solid beer, slightly above average 3.89+/5
