A charitable twist on a traditional marzen-style brew with sa small addition of a few extra specialty malts.

Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Partly cloudy, pale amber colored body. Creamy white head, and this maintains as a thin cap and ring. Leaves behind torn sheets of lacing.
Aroma of toasted caramel malts.
Taste is sweet caramel malts, some spice, and floral hops. Aftertaste stays with the sweet caramel theme.
Medium mouthfeel. Coats the mouth and tongue. Bitterness is low but there is a touch of spice. Very good carbonation.
Adequate for session work.
