Undercurrent Brewing

It’s a grand time to be a beer drinker in Sylvan Lake (and central Alberta in general!) Sylvan’s newest establishment has a prime location, with a beautiful view of the beach and lake. It’s a beautiful room with beer hall tables, board games, and a friendly feel. Location alone should mean this is a very busy place during the tourist season. I was here on their opening weekend, which meant that they only had their wheat ale available for sale, though they will start with 4 core beers. They have a small selection of sandwiches and all made with local products like Sylvan Star cheese. As an overall experience, this place has got a lot of things right and I wish them well!
