A generously lush and balanced extra pale ale dedicated to the mythological Triptoleums to whom Demeter bestowed the knowledge of the manyfold uses of Grain! Brewed with a spectrum of grains worthy of the man; floor malted Maris Otter, Spelt, Wheat & Oats. Gently double dry hopped with Loral, Centennial, and Horizon hops. Noble floral & fruit aromas with a crisp, elegant finish of Meyer lemons and orchard fruits. A crusher for all seasons.

A: The beer is clear dark golden yellow in color and has a a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short off white head that left a patch of bubbles covering most of the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of lemons are present in the nose along with underlying notes of pale malts and herbal hops.
T: The taste has flavors of floral and herbal hops with notes of pale malts. There is a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pale ale was a little maltier compared to the types of APAs that you typically see today but it had a good amount of hop aromas/flavors and associated bitterness.
