Served on tap into a shaker pint glass at Growlers Beer Bistro in Tuckahoe, NY on 5/23/21.
A: Pours a crystal clear, dark golden color with a one finger, white head, a solid cap, but fairly amorphous lacing.
S: Aromas of pineapple, mango, and lemon zest.
T: More semidry than semisweet. Palate follows the nose, light but subtle bitterness.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Easy on the palate.
O: Delicious and subtle. A pale ale for lager drinkers.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar around the edge, some lacing down the sides, and a small patch of bubbles on the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of piney and spicy hops are present in the nose along with notes of lemon citrus and hints of pineapple.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of piney and spicy hops along with notes of floral hops and hints of lemon/lime citrus. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is rather light in body and easy to drink but delivers the type of aromas and flavors of hops that you would expect from an IPA.
