Parallax is a seasonal Summer ale with a refreshing and brilliantly crisp profile. An all day, all night ale to drink and drink and drink. Brewed with British pilsner malt, Spring malt, wheat, and spelt malts & hopped with an array of juicy citrus expressions from Horizon, Loral, & Wai-Iti. The aromatics blend of crisp citrus with fresh peaches and apricot with a nice centering herbal zest.

A solid pale ale...
I really liked how complex the brew met my tongue - sweet, bitter, fruity, and floral. Mouthfeel was medium-bodied, but the taste was nothing overly distinctive. At the end, solid enough and good enough for even another try...

Can from the Whole Foods on the UWS. Pours an opaque light mush gold with a finger of fluffy white head, nice lacing, smell is citrusy sour grains, pine, and orange zest, taste is light bready malts with a zip of herbal grassy hops, feel is very light with crisp carbonation. A refreshing and crushable pale ale.

A: The beer is a little hazy and somewhat pale light yellow in color. It poured with a finger high frothy bright white head that died down but left thick lacing on both the surface and the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of floral hops are present in the nose along with notes of lime citrus.
T: The taste has light to moderate aromas of floral hops and stone fruit with notes of wheat and hints of lime, the latter of which lingers into the finish.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and has an interesting mix of aromas and flavors from the hops without being overly hoppy.
