Hypnose was developed as a celebration of noble hop refinement and Old World malt and yeast culture. Lush and assertively hopped and dry hopped with Styrian Goldings (Celia), East Kent Goldings and Bramling Cross - layers of herbal dynamism reveal spicy notes of blackcurrant, lemon zest, spring botanicals. Subtle floral and stone fruit esters match a superb balance of malt character and a crisp snappy bitterness. The resulting pint is one full of depth, complexity and refreshment.

Soft gold pour, white head that starts to disapates to a thin sheen. Nose shows berries and herbs.
Taste shows berry, yeast, herbs, sweet citrus, light kilned malt. Mouthfeel is fairly full for the ABV. Finish is vibrant herbs with a touch of sweetness and some yeasty tang.
Well balanced beer with nice layering of flavors
