The pour is golden yellow. The taste is lemon, floral, white crackers, and some mild bitterness near the finish. Cheers! B

16 ounce can, no dating that I noticed on the can or label. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this one! Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a mostly clear gold color with about an inch and a half frothy off-white head that stayed around for a long time. There's also a lot of lacing. The brew smells like lemon, pear, and some breadiness. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some floral hops. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth but has a high amount of carbonation. Too much for my liking, anyway. But other than the high level of carbonation, I liked this one. Wouldn't mind trying it again someday!

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This solid little brew pours a clear golden with a
nice white head of dissipating foam that settles to a thick ring, thin clumping
layer, and sports some subtle lacing. Nose of light apple, subtle pear, and light
caramel dashed with light herbal hops. Flavors lightly surpass the nose with
a fine presentation of floral hops, pear, apple, faint peach, light honey sweet malt,
herbal hops, and subtle cracker. Mouth feel is medium, medium carbonation that is a bit
much for the style, and a clean finish dashed with orchard fruit and subtle bitterness.

Overall, a decent bitter with a touch too much carbonation.

Cheers
