There is nothing more pure and less forgiving than one of our personal favorite styles of lager, a German style Pilsner. Our version is unfiltered, dry and crisp on the malt profile and hopped with noble hops. A light bill of premium Pilsner malt is complemented by crisp notes of floral and lemongrass. It's another perfect beer for those afternoons when you need to pace yourself, but still want a flavorful treat.

Hazy and gold. Moderate head which settles to rim bubbles. Some random streaks for lace.
Mild aroma with a remarkably low hop. It's mostly fully malted barley.
The flavor starts with a creamy pale malt base. The hop is better represented here but this is still a malt heavy beer. The body is quite rich for the style, enhanced by the lower carbonation level. Overall, a drinkable beer but it lacks the bittering punch expected.
