Lily of the Valley is our sweet and sour, fruited Berliner Weisse style ale. It starts with our kettle soured Berliner, a pinch of lactose, Tahitian Vanilla, and a whole bunch of rotating fruit based flavors!

32oz crowler filled at the brewery. Pours a dark reddish purple with 2 inches of frothy pink head. Some lacing. Fruity and sour aroma of berries with maybe a hint of cherry. The taste is lots of black and blue berries with a bit of green apple tartness thrown in there. Tastes a bit like mixed berry Skittles. Sour blueberry finish. Light to medium body with almost no alcohol presence.
