This is a variation of the Deadly Nightshade series. It is a single keg. Unlike the root stout, this is very sweet.
Deep dark brown. No light passes through. No head, not even rim bubbles. No lace.
The smell reminds me of Cocoa Pebbles -- sweer, chocolatey, with whole milk.
This is a sweet, milky stout. The coffee flavor is present throughout but it doesn't dominate. There is a real presence of Oreos which I wasn't expecting despite the title. The aftertaste lingers like a chocolate cake. Some alcohol in the swallow.
