Lily of the Valley is our sweet and sour, fruited Berliner Weisse style ale. It starts with our kettle soured Berliner, a pinch of lactose, Tahitian Vanilla, and a whole bunch of rotating fruit based flavors!

Look: Beautiful cherry red, almost glowing
Smell: Berries and pomegranate, on the light side.
Feel: Smooth and pure, refreshing
Taste: Simply put, outstanding! Cherry, pomegranate, strawberry, rasberry and cranberry. Every flavor is there, no conflicts! They compliment each other perfectly. Tart finish, light sweet perfection.
Overall: Tox creates some of the best sours in the biz. I always look forward to the next release. I highly suggest this sour, if you can get to it. If you are a sour fan, it doesn't get any better.
