Calling all Mosaic lovers. Can you see it emerging from the tall grass? This is a Double Dry Hopped scaled up version of our Mosaic forward Amanita. Muscaria also has Cascade and Citra through various stages of the whirlpool and dry hop. This beer is dangerously smooth for its ABV and has huge notes of dank citrus, mango, flowery berries, and a touch of sweet tropical candy.

Deeply cloudy, bright yellow-orange body; thick head, white with a creamy texture, rocky. Nice aroma of dankness and citrus zest. Nicely balanced flavor; toasty, biscuit-like oat base; mild to moderate sense of mild orange; strong overall bitterness, especially at the finish; powdered sugar. Heavy body; smooth and velvety on the palate; mild alcohol warmth and dryness; semi-dry throughout.
The balance of flavor is key with this beer. Unlike many hazy / cloudy India pale ales, this one's hop and alcohol burn elements are toned way down. The malt and adjuncts (I'm guessing some oats and/or milk sugar) are just as prominent as the hop character. This beer tastes fantastic for the style.
Pouring temperature: 43 °F; canning info: ITS-A-ME MUSCARIA ! 04/20/23

Solid head production and decent retention. Body is lemon-yellow in hue and completely opaque.
Bright and hoppy aroma, slightly dank and brightly herbal. Fruitier notes include berries, peach, mango, and grapefruit.
Tasting notes are similar to the nose, leaning a bit more herbal, if anything; melon, mango, pineapple, orange, ruby red grapefruit, blueberries, and peach.
Very smooth and soft, while still a bit lively on the palate. Excellent NE-style mouthfeel.
